Invitation expired

If you see the message “Oops! “Looks like your invite has expired” means the sign‑up link in your email is no longer valid for security reasons.

Why this happens

  1. The invitation link is only active for 14 days, as mentioned in the invitation.
  2. If you click the link after this period, the system cannot complete your registration and shows the expiry message.​

Request a new invitation

  1. Contact your administrator or the person who invited you.
  2. Tell them your invitation link has expired and ask them to send a new one.
  3. When you receive the new email, open it and click the invitation link as soon as possible (before the new expiry time).
