My Account

The “My Account” page in TrustCloud is your personal portal for managing profile details, notification settings, and security preferences. 

My Account: sections

1. Log in to your TrustCloud account.
2. Click on “My Account” in the left-hand menu.

The “My Account” page is organized into three main sections:

Profile

1. View your Name, Email, Role, and Title.
2. To edit profile information:
   1. Click on the three-dot menu next to your profile.
   2. Update the necessary fields.

Notification preferences

This section allows you to customize how you receive updates from TrustCloud.

1. Notification Options:
   1. All email notifications
      1. Weekly digests only
      2. No email notifications
   2. You can also manage Slack notifications from here.

Security

You can change your password from here.

1. Update your account password:
   1. Enter your current password.
   2. Input your new password.
   3. Confirm the new password by re-entering it.
   4. Click Save Changes.

Note: Changing your password will affect your login credentials across the platform.
