Branding

The Branding page allows you to customize your TrustCloud program to align with your organization’s brand identity.

Key Features:

1. Customize Policy Documents: Apply your brand to policies shared with external stakeholders.
2. Upload Organization Logo: Display your company logo on TrustCloud assets.
3. Include Organization Information: Add relevant details to maintain consistency across shared documents.

Use this page to ensure that TrustCloud-generated materials reflect your organization’s branding.

Setting up your branding:

1. From the left-hand side menu, click on “Platform Administration.”
2. Select “Branding.”
3. From this page, you can add your organization’s logo by ‘Drag and Drop’ or by ‘Browse to Upload’. You can also add your organization’s icon in the same way.
4. Scroll down to the Policy Documents section, and you have the option to add your logo to your header and footer of the policies as well. Additionally, you can add a watermark to your documents.

By using the TrustCloud program with familiar visual elements, such as logos, icons and watermarks, users experience a sense of continuity and trust, reinforcing brand recognition and loyalty.
