Support for free tier customers

As a free-tier customer, you have limited access to TrustCloud support. However, you can still get help through the following resources:

1. TrustCommunity Forums: Ask questions and engage with other users.
2. TrustCloud Documentation: Access guides and FAQs to troubleshoot common issues.

For additional support, consider upgrading to a paid plan to access direct customer support services.

Reporting a bug

As a free tier customer, if you encounter a bug in TrustCloud, please report it to help us improve your experience.

How to Report a Bug

1. Click “Report a Bug” within the TrustCloud platform.
2. Submit a detailed description of the issue, including:
   1. Steps to reproduce the bug.
   2. Screenshots or error messages (if applicable).
3. A TrustCloud team member will review your report and follow up with you.
