Hi all. I’m trying to add a new system for my stack – one that isn’t already on Trustcloud. How long does it take for these to pull through?
I’m keen to press on with using Trustcloud, but am reluctant to invest time if it cannot be done.
For interest, the two services are AWS Bedrock and AssemblyAI.

Hi Anna! Thanks for taking the time to help. I think I wasn’t being very clear. I am trying to add AssemblyAI (a voice transcription API). When I go to ‘software developed in house’, it still asks for the Platform, and I’m back to the same trouble of ‘I don’t see my platform here’.
Any wisdom gratefully received.

Hi Gordon — Adding a system is something we do on the backend. You should be able to go into “add a third party software or system” and then “I don’t see my system here” and follow the ticketing workflow. You can also do this through the “contact support” button if you’ve purchased the add-on. Let me know if you have any issues accessing it.
