Q:

Salesforce Integration Error: A problem occurred while connecting to Salesforce:

When I attempt to integrate Salesforce, I click the button to connect, which brings up my Salesforce login. When I login to Salesforce, I’m redirected back to TrustCloud, where I get the error in red: A problem occurred while connecting to Salesforce: authentication failure. Any ideas?

  • Hey Aaron,
    I think this issue could be attributed to one of the following reasons:

    * The credentials you are using to log in may have expired or be incorrect.
    * The user whose credentials you are attempting to use may need Super Admin access to the Salesforce account, which appears to be missing.
    * There might be IP restrictions in place for the Salesforce account
