Default Trustcloud Automated Test – Not able to upload evidence

For some controls, for example CUST-11, release notifications, TrustCloud is listed as an automated test as the system. When this is the case, I’m unable to upload evidence, and I’m unsure of what exactly the automated test is.

  • Automated tests are tests that are pulling information via an API and do not require self attestations.

    Navigate to the test details page (click the monitoring icon) and find the test procedure section. This tells you what the test is doing and how to fix it. In this case, the test is asking you for release documentation proving that you have maintained release notes or change logs. You can navigate to the documents section in TrustOps and upload this evidence under the release documents folder.

    Now, every time you have a new notification, you can upload it here automating the control.
