Who uses AuditLens?

The primary users of AuditLens are the auditors who perform the audits for a TrustOps customer. Typically, all members of the audit team are provided access to the AuditLens platform by the customer.

How does AuditLens help customers?

1. Easy access to your compliance program: You get an elegant, auto-generated portal to efficiently showcase all your security and compliance activities and documents directly from your TrustCloud to your auditors. No more working off of auditor request lists!
2. Showcase accurate policies and controls: Share the policies and controls that govern your entire organization directly from your compliance program in TrustCloud. Magically and transparently prove how compliant you are with each policy and how you continuously monitor every control. This reduces back and forth with the auditors wanting to know your control frequency, control owners, etc., as all that information is directly sourced from your program.
3. Share your Common Controls Framework Mapping: Allow auditors to transparently see how each control in your program maps to multiple requirements in numerous security, privacy, and other compliance standards.
4. Track audit engagement: The TrustOps Compliance Admins can see which documents and controls are reviewed by the auditors to track audit progress.

Bulk export audit evidence

A key part of an audit is providing your auditor with evidence for controls, systems, policies, etc. We have a dedicated audit management product, AuditLens, which enables auditors to complete their entire audit from the product itself. We also offer a bulk export for all your evidence, fetched from the support team.
