This Getting Started guide will give you an insight into TrustShare account summary and its users.
The following video will help you understand these concepts better.

Account Summary

The “Account Summary” page helps you find information about your account and can invite internal collaborators to assist you with TrustShare related tasks. To access the “Account Summary” page, click on the user icon in the upper right corner of the application and then on  “Account Summary”.

Internal Users/Collaborators

Internal users have administrative access to edit content, manage user access, and view all documents on your TrustShare. These users can make changes in your TrustShare Admin portal and publish these changes on your live TrustShare page for external users to view.

Adding Internal Users

Below are step-by-step instructions on how to invite internal users to your TrustShare:

  1. Navigate to the “Account Summary” page.
  2. Below your profile summary, there will be an Invite Collaborator button. Select this, fill out the required information, and select their role. Select Send Invite.

There are two user roles for TrustShare Internal Users:

  1. Compliance Admin: Super User with administrative access to all TrustCloud apps including TrustShare.
  2. TrustShare Admin: User with administrative access to your TrustShare app. They do not have administrative access to any other TrustCloud application unless they are upgraded to the Compliance Admin role.
