The Risk Register page in TrustRegister provides a table view of all recorded risks. Users can search and filter risks to streamline risk management and tracking.

Search and filter risks

Use the search bar in the All Risks table to find specific risks by name or keyword.

Filtering risks

Risks can be filtered based on the following criteria:

1. Treatment
   Filter by treatment plans applied to the risk.
2. Completion Status
   Sort risks by their current progress (e.g., not started, in progress, monitoring, due for review).
3. Owner
   View risks assigned to specific individuals.
4. Category
   Organize risks based on predefined or custom categories.
5. Subcategory
   Organize risks based on predefined or custom subcategories
6. Reporting Group
   Group risks by departments or business functions.
7. Group
   Filter risks associated with specific teams or units.
8. Controls
   Identify risks linked to specific security and compliance controls.
9. Risk Threshold
   Sort risks by their defined risk tolerance level.
10. Assessment Date
    Filter risks based on their last assessment date.
11. Residual Risk
    View risks based on their remaining impact after mitigation.

Using these search and filter options, users can efficiently locate and manage risks, ensuring a structured and organized approach to risk management.
