We integrate with 3rd parties and can recommend the services that are most common to our customers (KnowBe4, Curricula, etc.). We do not provide security awareness training for your employees, as this is a service many companies specialize in to properly cover materials and changes in the industry.

Similar to our approach with Security Trainings, we do not do device management within TrustCloud’s platform. Instead, we integrate with several vendors that provide this service, such as Jampf, Kolide, Jumpcloud, etc.

Yes, you can both publicly and privately share your security and compliance program in real-time with your customers via TrustCloud’s TrustShare.

TrustShare is a fully customizable portal that pulls information directly from your compliance program and allows customers to self-serve themselves with the information they need. You have access to this portal as soon as you’ve been onboarded and can link it to your website to proactively market your posture to anyone who visits. TrustCloud does so on our website, you can see our TrustShare here. You can securely respond to information request lists and privately share documents with specific users and/or accounts. We’ve built it to be agile around the different ways each of our customers tackles these requests today.

Yes, TrustShare’s questionnaire tool allows you to use AI to automatically suggest answers to incoming security questionnaires directly from controls and policies in your security and compliance program.
