Set up Freshservice for Ticket as Evidence with TrustCloud!


Once you set up your compliance program, TrustCloud TrustOps works to ensure that your systems remain compliant with your adopted controls. To do so, TrustCloud retrieves lists of resources against systems in your product and business stack to use for compliance evidence.

This document outlines the steps you can take to grant TrustCloud access to retrieve Freshservice ticket details and use them as evidence.

Instructions to grant TrustCloud limited access to Freshservice Cloud

  1. Login to your Freshservice instance as a user who has read permission for all the projects and also has access to create an API token in your organization.
  2. In the upper-right corner of any page, click the profile icon. Then click on the Profile settings.

  3. In the profile page, check for Your API Key section and click on Save token or Reset API Key.

  4. Take a note of your Freshservice organization URL. It is typically the URL that you use to login into your Freshservice instance. i.e. – https://<your-organization>
  5. Provide the API Key & the entire organization URL as input into TrustCloud.


Once the integration has been setup, you’ll be able to provide Freshservice tickets as evidence for controls in TrustCloud.
